The Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center (MGHPCC) has received nearly $5 million from the state of Massachusetts and $11 million from QuEra Computing to create a natural atom quantum computing complex. The MOC Alliance is proud to be able to make the quantum computer accessible to academic researchers in the open-source community through the New England Research Cloud (NERC).

The complex will establish a quantum industry in Massachusetts, strengthening the state’s reputation as a technological leader, boosting the economy, and encouraging innovation in biomedical research and financial services. It will also support open-access research and training opportunities, bringing world-class talent to the area.
